10 Things I need to know about
the THS Swim Team:
1. Use the following website to find ALL information you need about THS swimming! Please become familiar with all links.

Cheeries and most sports stores in
4. You are expected to buy a team suit (average cost is $40). Please visit the above website for a sizing chart and KNOW what size suit you want to order. Team sweats will be available for an added cost.
5. Always look for important emails/check the NNOA website regarding team events.
6. You MUST have a working pair of goggles for each practice.
7. You MUST have the following to start practice:
o Goggles
o Swim suit (training…no bikinis please, Speedos are NOT required but suggested)
o $125 (checks made out to THS Swim Team please)
o Physical form turned in and on file
o Code of Conduct signed and returned
· You will not be able to attend practice until the above are turned in!
8. Be ready to work hard with a positive attitude.
9. Challenge yourself and always support your teammates.
