Please read the following rules and regulations for the season. You and your parents need to sign these rules and return them by Friday 3/6/09.
Attendance Rules for Meet Participation
1. If you are ill and cannot make it to practice, you must call or notify a coach on the day of the absence. A note from a parent or guardian is expected upon your return. Unexcused absences will not be tolerated. A coach must be notified if you are going to miss practice.
2. If you do not follow rule #1 then you will not participate in the meet that week. However, you will still be expected to attend the meet and help where needed. If you do not come to the meet and support the team you will not participate in the next meet.
3. If you will not be at the meet, you must inform us three days in advance. If you do not show up when signed up, you will not swim in the next meet but are expected to attend.
4. If you are signed up for a meet, you must participate in the entire meet. This means you need to stay and support your team throughout the meet. You may receive rides from your parents after the meet is over if this ride is cleared through a coach and the proper paperwork is filled out.
5. You need to be at practice promptly at 3:00 pm everyday or there will be repercussions.
Attitude
We will not tolerate negative attitudes! There will be no name calling, foul language (including can’t and hate), or gossip. There will be repercussions for anything the coaches hear.
