Mileage
The NIAA has agreed to reimbursement of the mileage expenses for Officials traveling to meet assignments at the standard mileage rate. The Meet must be more than 10 miles from your home to receive the reimbursement. No mileage is paid for the Region or State Meet assignments. The Driver will receive 48.5 cents per mile and the Rider will receive 18.5 cents per mile. To help keep the cost of High School swimming down we ask that all Officials car pool. For an official who uses their own vehicle for their convenience will be paid at rider rate. Any questions, please contact the Commissioner of Officials – Swim Chapter.
